Dennis Kanegaye brings over 25 years of experience in delivering human capital and contingent workforce solutions to large organizations. His role as President of MBO Enterprise Solutions is focused on delivering independent contractor compliance and engagement programs for Fortune 2000 enterprises, government agencies and providers of staffing and contingent workforce services.

Prior to joining MBO, Dennis spent seven years as President of Guidant Group, a major MSP provider based in Houston, as well as a successful tenure as Senior VP of Field Sales and Operations at the Parson Group, LLC. In 2000, Parson Group was listed #1 in INC Magazine’s "500 Fastest Growing Private Companies." He also held senior positions in several technology and service provider organizations including Computer Sciences Corporation, GE Information Services, and ENTEX Information Services.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology.

As Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Kimberly Osgood is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. Kim, who has been with MBO since 2000, has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and has served in various financial executive roles since 1983.

During her career, Kim has been involved in the IPO of a $40 million software company and has performed due diligence in several acquisitions. Kim’s experience includes bank financings, tax reporting, consolidations of international operations, government contracting, and SEC reporting and compliance. She previously served as VP of Finance and CFO for Template Software. Kim received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Virginia Tech.

As VP of Market Strategies for MBO Enterprise Solutions, Jay Lash uses two decades of experience in workforce management solutions to help MBO Partners extend its business model to new client around the country. He has successfully developed strategic alliances with key human capital industry partners in the VMS, MSP, and staffing industry space and has helped MBO Enterprise Solutions position itself as the leading independent contractor engagement specialist partner to the industry. Under Jay’s leadership, the company has  launched a series of new, Fortune 50 client engagements with some of the world’s leading software and technology companies, developing best practices for the industry as a whole. Before joining MBO Enterprise Solutions, Jay served at Allegis Group Services for over six years as a leader on their Human Capital Solutions team, responsible for the development of customer-specific solutions, client consulting and new product offerings like IC Compliance and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Prior to Allegis, Jay had over 15 years of experience in the Workforce Management Solutions industry working for Manpower Professional and TAC Worldwide, designing and implementing complex MSP programs and Vendor Management Solutions.

A well-regarded industry advisor, Jay participates with organizations such as the HCI Contract Talent Practice board of founders, the American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts and the Sourcing Interests Group. As a thoughtful advisor to industry partners, Jay has also served on development teams at VMS software firms, a consultant for GuidePoint Industry Advisors and the Aberdeen Group. He provides consulting to companies seeking innovative solutions to their contingent workforce challenges. Jay Lash began his career as an Executive Search consultant and has served in foundational HR and Recruiting roles. Jay is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and currently resides in Utah and Maine.

Jonathan Lochhaas is a key member of MBO Partners’ technology leadership team and is responsible for leading the research, development and implementation of emerging technologies to accelerate new innovations for the marketplace and bolster the company’s scalability.

Lochhaas joined the company in Sept 2011, bringing with him a proven track record of leadership in the digital, software development and information technology arenas.  Prior to joining MBO Partners, Lochhaas served as Senior Director of Business Solutions Management at Sirius XM, where he oversaw the integration of the company’s business and technical strategy for its online properties, including award-winning websites, mobile apps, eCommerce sites, and Internet radio stations, supporting millions of users. Before SiriusXM, he led Software Development for Group 1 Software, a division of Pitney Bowes.  Lochhaas also has valuable international executive management experience, having served in the role of Chief Technology Officer at Silk Road Technologies and Bleum Software Outsourcing, both in China.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, graduating with honors from Concordia College and has a Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management.

As Vice President of Client Services for MBO Enterprise Solutions, David Cassar brings over 15 years of experience providing solutions for a wide range of clients, including many of the Fortune 500 and the United States government. His current role is focused on enabling enterprise clients of MBO to realize the true value of their independent contractor and SOW consultant workforces. Through the timely implementation of formal programs to properly engage independent contractors, clients can mitigate the risks associated with this fast growing segment of the contingent workforce, including reclassification, co-employment, and business risks (security, liability, on-boarding, etc.), while winning increased visibility and control over independent contractor and small services vendor spend.

During his career, David has worked for three of the fastest growing privately-held companies in the United States (per Inc. Magazine) and also worked for Aon Consulting as a leader customizing and implementing Human Capital solutions for large global enterprises. He has implemented a wide range of solutions including large ERP implementations, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, leadership development programs, and the outsourcing of recruitment and staffing services.

A certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), David has held Board of Directors roles in the Human Resources field as Treasurer and Secretary of a Mega Chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). David graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University.

Kelly Marshall joined MBO in 2005 and currently holds the position of Director of the Associate Services. With over ten years of experience in Customer Service and Operations Management, Kelly is an integral member of the management team and has held a number of positions during her tenure including Team Manager, Enrollment Manager, and Manager of Sub-Contractor Compliance.

Kelly is responsible for the oversight and management of the Associate customer experience and service delivery. Before joining MBO, Kelly spent five years with Wegman’s Food Markets as a Customer Service Manager and Team Leader. Kelly is originally from Buffalo, New York and has a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Matthew Bender, Director of Communications for MBO Enterprise Solutions, is a hands-on, detail-oriented marketing and corporate communications professional with nearly 20 years of experience.

A member of the MBO team since 1998, Matthew has been instrumental in developing and communicating the company’s evolving services to all of its diverse constituencies. His writing has been featured in a wide variety of industry forums, including books, white papers, web sites, and articles.
 
Prior to joining MBO, Matthew managed development, content, and marketing communications for two start-up web development groups. He graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in English and currently resides in Herndon, Virginia.
